$200k - $300k Price Range Snapshot
Each month we try to do a particular price range market analysis for our readers. Last month we did $300k-$400k and this month we will take a look at the various metro MLS areas using a different price range. One thing to always remember about Huntsville Real Estate or any Real Estate Market for that mater, is that location and price range can make all the difference in market conditions. Within the major MLS search areas in the Huntsville metro area there are several mini-markets where conditions and pricing are different.
In this post we take a brief look at the $200k - $300k market segment across the different Huntsville Real Estate metro areas. The compiled statistics will show each area’s current supply, demand, absorption rate inventory, average price/sqFt, and the associated market type (Buyer or Seller) all illustrated in the following table:
